I started making pies in 1968 after my beloved Aunt showed me her secret recipe on how to make the perfect pie. Ever since then, Captain Billy's Pies have become a fall staple around the area, especially with family and friends. It wouldn't be a family event unless a pie made it to the table. Every year we wait for harvest and buy the freshest apples from local farmers to produce a great tasting quality product.
